Includa is an inclusion support service based in Cairo, Egypt. We are responsible for the personal information you share through this website, by WhatsApp, by phone, or by email.

When you request support for your child, we collect:

• Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, city, and how you prefer to be contacted
• Your child's age, school, and grade
• The kind of support your child needs, when you need it, a preferred start date, and anything else you choose to tell us

When you apply to join our team, we collect your name, contact details, city, qualification, field of study, experience, languages, availability, what you tell us about yourself, and your CV.

We also keep the messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone, or email.

To stop spam, the website briefly uses your IP address to limit how many forms can be sent in a short time. It isn't stored with your details.

• To understand your child's needs and match them with a suitable support provider
• To provide, coordinate, and improve our services
• To review teacher applications and contact applicants
• To meet our legal obligations

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Information about a child is shared with us by their parent or legal guardian. We only ask for what we need to support them.

We treat it as confidential. Within Includa, only the people working on your child's support can see it, and we share it with your child's school only as part of the service and with your agreement.

• The support provider assigned to your child
• Your child's school, when it's part of the agreed service
• Service providers that run our systems for us: Supabase (secure database and file storage), Google (email), and our website host. They may only use the information to provide that service.
• Authorities, when the law requires it

Some of these providers may store information on servers outside Egypt. We choose providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards.

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. Requests that don't go ahead, and applications that aren't successful, are deleted within 12 months.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Our website uses encrypted connections. Form submissions and CVs are stored privately, and only authorized members of our team can access them, using their own password.

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you or your child
• Correct anything that's wrong or out of date
• Delete your information
• Stop using it for a particular purpose, or withdraw your consent

Our public website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies are the ones needed for our team to sign in to the admin area.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll let you know about important changes.
